How does cash pickup work?

Simply choose cash pickup as the delivery method and then choose the pickup provider. Once your payment has been processed, both the sender and the recipient will receive a text message with cash pickup instructions and the payment code.

To collect a transfer, the recipient will need (i) a valid photo ID that shows its full name and matches the details entered by the sender and (ii) the payment code, which is stated in the text message.
