What is "monthly limit"?

A monthly limit is the maximum amount of money you can transfer in one calendar month. This limit resets every 1st day of the calendar month and is different for everyone.

 

How can I check my monthly limit?

  1. If you are checking your monthly limit from the Transfer Galaxy Money Transfer app:
    • Log in to your account
    • Click on the gear icon '⚙️' on the top right-hand side to access your settings
    • Your monthly limit is displayed below your name.
  2. If you are checking your monthly limit from the Transfer Galaxy website:
    • Log in to your account
    • From the menu, select 'My transactions'
    • Your monthly limit is displayed under the sub-heading 'My sending status'.

 

Is it possible to increase my monthly limit?
