What do I do if I have a complaint?

At Transfer Galaxy, we value our customers’ opinions as we always strive to develop our services. We would love to know what you think and appreciate feedback on how you experience our service. If you feel unsatisfied, or if you feel that something has gone wrong, we encourage you to reach out to us so that we can improve our service. Please note that if, despite contacts with our Customer Support, you are not content with the solution you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
