How do I activate my account?

To activate your account, you need to send us a clear photo of your ID. When registering your account, follow the instructions. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Support team.

 

Customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden use electronic ID (eID) to verify their identity and activate their account. They do not need to upload a photo of their ID.
