Why are recalls not guaranteed?

As a transfer can go through in as little as a few seconds we need the recipient's consent to recall it. For a successful recall we need:

- The recipient to be contactable;
- The recipient to give consent to the recall; and
- The recipient to have a sufficient balance to cover the recall.

If not, we are unable to recall the transfer.
