How do I start using BankID as a login?

NOTE! This only applies to Norwegian customers.

Since October 2020, both Swedish and Norwegian customers can only use their BankID to log in to their Transfer Galaxy account. If you as a customer already have an account with us, it therefore looks a little different when you try to log in for the first time with BankID. Please use the following steps to start using BankID as your login.

Sign in with our app:

1. Log in as usual with your email address and password.
2. Click on "Turn on BankID".
3. Select BankID or BankID on mobile.
4. Follow the instructions on your device.
5. Done! You can now use BankID as a login.

Login via mobile web browser

1. Log in as usual with your email address and password.
2. If you have a BankID on mobile, do steps 3-8. If you have BankID on your computer, do steps 9-14.
3. Select BankID on mobile.
4. Fill in your social security number and mobile number, and click on "Log in with BankID".
5. You will now see a box with two random words.
6. You will see another box with two random words. If it is the same words as in the first box, click accept.
7. Enter your personal PIN for your BankID.
8. Done! You can now use BankID as a login.
9. Select BankID.
10. Fill in your social security number and click on "Log in with BankID".
11. Enter the one-time code displayed on your phone.
12. Now enter your personal PIN for your BankID.
13. Click OK.
14. Done! You can now use BankID as a login.

Log in via the browser on a computer:

1. Log in as usual with your email address and password.
2. If you have BankID on your computer, do steps 3-8. If you have a BankID on mobile, do steps 9-14.
3. Select BankID.
4. Fill in your social security number and click on "Log in with BankID".
5. Enter the one-time code displayed on your mobile.
6. Now enter your personal PIN for your BankID.
7. Click OK.
8. Done! You can now use BankID as a login.
9. Select BankID on mobile.
10. Fill in your social security number and mobile number, and click on "Log in with BankID".
11. You will now see a box with two random words.
12. You will see another box with two random words. If it is the same words as in the first box, click accept.
13. Enter your personal PIN for your BankID.
14. Done! You can now use BankID as a login.
