What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you have any complaints you are welcome to contact our Customer Support team or write us at TransferGalaxy AB, Complaints, Poesigatan 19 J, 703 71 Örebro, Sweden.

We always try to solve any questions or complaints as soon as possible and in any event you will receive a written response from us within 15 business days from our receipt of your complaint.

Please note that if, despite contacts with our Customer Support, you are not content with the solution you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
